My husband is hands down, the best baker in Tallahassee. Years ago, his family, friends and coworkers tried some of his tasteful desserts and told him that he should open a bakery. He has been baking for friends and family ever since! He named the website after our daughters, Nicole and Nia or “NiNi”. They are so adorable and love to help him bake the family desserts that we have all come to love. Friends can't stop calling to see what we have on our kitchen counter that they can get a taste of and friends of friends have now started calling. If you live in the Tallahassee area, you have to try one of his treats. His menu includes: cheese cake, chocolate cake, apple pie, chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake, german chocolate cake, red velvet cake, pound cake and much, much more. Dexter has loved to bake for years and the reason his desserts are so good is because he really puts a lot of care and experience behind everything he makes. He has converted several people who didn't like dessert to eating his cheese cakes, red velvet cakes and carrot cakes. He has an awesome banana pudding and, well, I need to stop now before I get too carried away.
